Alex Breckenridge
Alex Breckenridge is originally from Emporia KS. He located to the area for the mountains and music school where he began audio engineering with the knowledge from Tom Gordon’s audio classes at UNR. Alex is now currently working on his MA at UNR in Ethno-Musicology. He has worked with local acts such as Rob Ford Explorer, Matt Bushman, Phat Mark, Young Presley, Teez, Steve Miller, Funk Exchange, Nick Bentz Trio, Zach Howarth Quartet, Eric Lundholm, Adriana Bravo, UNR faculty, and many more.
In addition to engineering Alex also plays the role of a multi-instrumental session musician and producer for many of his clients, using his jazz instrumentalist background to help create and improve arrangements for them. He would like to acknowledge his grandmother Dina Breckenridge, who has been an unwavering voice of encouragement from the start.
