Notes: This CD was for the Beach Boys 50th Anniversary. The CD and tour was produced by Joe Thomas who clearly went to every extreme to make sure Brian Wilson got all the credit for producing. But even Brian knew that he shouldn’t take credit for something he didn’t do and we got some pretty strange credits as a result of everyone trying to make everyone happy, which made none of us happy. So to be clear, it is MY MIX on that record that they just layered the rest of the boys over dubbed on top of it.
“Daybreak Over The Ocean” is part of a yet to be released Mike Love Solo album with the working title of “Mike Love Not War.” That song was pulled from those songs to be included on “That’s Why God Made The Radio.” That’s freakin’ cool! Mike gave me permission to post the corrected credits.
